condition and the second is rough, but could also be restored to good running
condition.
WHAT A FUN BOAT !!!!

The
sale will also include several Kayaks as well as snorkeling gear.
What the vessel
needs:
General cosmetics and TLC.
The forward trampoline nets need replacement (may do before the sale or
negotiate)
The lift for the disabled at the stern needs some work on the motors (may repair
before the sale).
Fuel
Efficiency of the catamaran:
Whether chartering or enjoying Tranquility with family and friends, the efficient hull shape and strong light weight fiberglass construction will save you fuel every time you use the catamaran. This savings multiplies quickly when daily chartering Tranquility.
Most
importantly - the LOCATION:
Tranquility is currently at Bayside Marina, a very valuable area in BAYSIDE
MARKETPLACE & MARINA, 401 Biscayne Blvd., right on the downtown Miami
waterfront! There is a long (10 year) waiting list for commercial slips at
Bayside, due to the desirable location and proximity to AA(AmericanAirlines)
Arena, Key Biscayne, South Beach, Bayfront Park and Amphitheater, and other
prime tourist destinations. While we can't guarantee this, the new owner
would make at least $40,000 in charter revenue in the first year (not including
day trips - this is from corporate/group charters). The slip cost is very
reasonable for this location at $794/mo for a 40 foot slip. Also, another plus
is that Bayside Marina is being renovated by the city.
Asking Price for
Tranquility: $150,000
